Project Search - Overlook Medical Center
We are pleased to announce that two of the interns in UCESC’s Project SEARCH Class of 2020 have already secured paid employment - both at Overlook Medical Center. Intern Cynthia (pictured above from South Orange-Maplewood School District) has been hired by the Food Services Department. Intern Jasmine (from Westfield School District) accepted a position with Patient Transport. The remaining interns continue to work with our Project SEARCH-Overlook Medical Center team to identify and apply for jobs in the community. Since the program launched at Overlook in 2016, seventy-five percent of the interns who have participated have secured paid, integrated employment.
